Blogs on profile pages, again.

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

Added the new blogs to the profile pages of the driverdb bloggers. It won’t show posts older than four months, other than that it’s just as it was before. I also updated some more character encoding issues.

This blog went public as well. What an exciting way to end the year. ;)

Missing drivers and weird characters

Wednesday, December 30th, 2009

Added some of the missing drivers, 65 left now. When finding a missing driver that only has one entry – and when that one missing entry can’t be found after some rather simple Googling – the entry will be deleted and that ID number will be made available to new driver entries.

Also fixed some character encoding issues when adding / editing drivers. There are still encoding issues elsewhere on the site from when I changed the encoding to UTF-8. I’ll hunt them down and fix them one by one. Got an email about missing drivers from the serach results. Turned out to be one of these character issues and it is now fixed.

Blog troubles

Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

Realized the recent blog posts in the left sidebar wasn’t updating properly. Found a misspelled variable in my code which made a little mess. Fixed, or so I thought. Found a missing “;” (how very n00b of me!) in an SQL statement as well. Fixed!

Radical

Sunday, December 27th, 2009

Added the complete results from all 16 races of the 2009 Swedish Radical championship. Congrats to Andreas Ebbesson for winning the title – a move to STCC in a BMW 320si for 2010 is planned.
